Did Gale want Katniss to follow him and tell him that she loved him, or was his guilt over Prim so strong that he just didn't want to ever see Katniss again?

I heard the only place you can get them is at Borders. But since they closed.. Is there anywhere else I can get one? The only places I could find them were amazon and ebay but they were $40! Is there anywhere I could get one for cheaper? Thanks!
