mine got some dr. pepper on it, and so i used a damp washcloth to get it off & dried it right after i got it wet. but now it's lagging.

I have just bought a universal charger for my toshiba laptop, when i plug it in , the mousepad will not work (sometimes the cursor will move, but very very slowly) any ideas??
