    Unable to chat with MSN/Live Messenger contacts?

    I have Yahoo messenger. Some of my family uses MSN/Live Messenger. I can send them a message and they receive it however, when they reply I do not receive it. This happens with both the web client and the Yahoo messenger client. HELP!
