    Is Ginga Nagareboshi Gin available on DVD?

    It's from the 80s and I can't find it anywhere! I found the sequel, Ginga Densetsu Weed, on dvd. If it is available, where can I find it?

    Do I have to watch Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin to understand the sequel?

    Is the sequel like Naruto and naruto shippuden where it is a continued part of the story or is it like yugioh sequels where they use the same characters but that's it?
