    Organdy, tulle, or netting for EGL petticoat?

    I would like to make a petticoat with moderate 'poof' using a cotton base. I would like to know what sort of mesh fabric I should use - tulle, netting, organdy, or anything else you would like to add? If you are able please tell me the difference between those fabrics as well! Thank you <3
