    Sugar reading of 168 an hour after I ate? Normal...non-diabetic?

    I had 2 breadsticks and some sauce and a small pop. An hour after I took my sugar because my friend had to take hers for real and so I took mine for fun and it was 168. Is this normal for an hour after eating?
