flexible and going for nationals? my brothers took shotokan karate and latin hip hop dance at 14 now hes 17 and hes very flexible .he can do headstand ,rolling on the floor and hes going for his nationals in karate and for dance compeations how is it possible .he lives in dehli in 3 years...
