I tried to make a new partition using Acronis Disk Director and when it was done, my computer gives me massage in dos: NTLDR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart I need help, how to get back in windows???

i have a dell windows 95 computer. i took the hard drive out pluged it into my other computer as the slave and formatted the disk. i pluged everyhing back the way it was not i keep getting this message when i turn on the computer. i want to try to install xp but it acts like the disk isnt there...

I followed the intructions for the USB portion on http://tinyempire.com/notes/ntldrismissing.htm, but when I put the usb into my computer that wont work, the window does no pop up asking me to replace boot sector of drive C:/ I dont have the original startup disk at the moment, because i lost it...
