oatmeal or congee or jork

I love this one: steel cut oatmeal (instead of rice) with sauteed onions, garlic, salt pepper, and sweet soy sauce topped with an egg, spring onions and a bit of sriracha. (super sweet crap makes me gag). Any other ideas?? Thanks!
