I know not every dish is like this and I'm are many cultures jave food with this attribute.

Every time that I eat foods that are deep fried or just cooked with oil I get a headache, brain fog (cannot think clear), migraines, and even throw up if it gets really bad. If I do throw up, it is mainly the oil that comes out (sorry for the gross detail).
This has been happening for years...

Just got two BMXs out of the garage who are in a bit of a sorry state. I jetwashed both and stripped off the oil and clog that had formed around the chains and cassettes.
I then applied a combination of WD-40 and "castrol everyman oil" (a thicker lubricant).
I realise that wd-40 strips off the...
...hydrogenated? (i.e. contain trans fat)? Do oils such as soybean oil, canola oil, cottonseed oil, palm kernel oil, etc. all contain some form of hydrogenated oil even if it doesn't explicitly say so?
This question has been bugging me forever and I just want an accurate and definitive answer...
I'm a nut for fried fish and chicken, and have a conundrum.
Peanut oil imparts a great flavor to the food but leaves that typical oily residue, and cooks rather slowly.
Lard has no flavor and browns/crisps better than oils, but oxidizes more readily so you get fewer uses out of it. Lard also...
