    is there any harm if oliveoil and ghee used in combination for one single dish...

    ...cooked ? some vegtables taste good when fried in ghee so i want to know if i could use half amount of ghee and half of olive oil so that less ghee is used in the dish .. does olive oil loose its properties if used with ghee ??

    what is the most healthy form of oliveoil that can be eaten raw.....?

    filled with nutrition,natural not like pomace and with most antioxidants aswell...thanks
