i TURNED IT ON AND THE CONTOLS DONT WORK. i cant read my messages but the screen works cause whenn i received a message it showed up but i couldnt click on read. It is a motorola razor but im not sure what kind. A really old version though, maybe one of the first ones, WHAT SHOULD I TRY???
