    I signed a lease with my grandmother on11-1-08.Now my aunt says she has power of

    att.wants us out by 4-1-09? lease is for 18 months 2-1-09 to 8-1-10. grandmother wants us to stay in the house. what can we do.? does the power of attorney void my lease if aunt really has it?
