    I Lost 25 pounds, size 28, 5'3. measurements: 38-29-37 I now weigh 145. Need to lose 15 more. Here is my Diet: upon waking, one cup of coffee ,plain 30 mnts later small meal. I eat every 2-3 hours, small meals. Fitness: i wear sketchers shape up, on my feet 7 hours straight. weights- 5 poundes...
