    biking for 3 hours everyday, overtraining?

    Hi, I'm haven't exercised for almost a year now and wonder if 3 hours biking plus some squats everyday will be overtraining?, I'm 22 by the way

    am i overtraining my triceps?

    I have worked out my shoulders and triceps on Wednesday and its very sour. If i do my chest on Friday will i be over training my tricpes

    hows my workout routine? am i overtraining?

    day 1: triceps, chest, shoulders day 2: back, legs, biceps day 3: rest then repeat for each muscle group, (for example legs), i would do 3 exercises with 3 sets of 8-10 (for example, leg extentions, curls, and squats, making that 12 total sets)
