Ok so I read about over-training and I can't help but wonder if I am over-training
I have absolutely no time for gym because nearly school is taking up more and more of my time, so I just do some exercises at home.
here's my routine, pretty simple
10 sets of 10 rep push-ups
5 sets of 45...
day 1: triceps, chest, shoulders
day 2: back, legs, biceps
day 3: rest
then repeat
for each muscle group, (for example legs), i would do 3 exercises with 3 sets of 8-10 (for example, leg extentions, curls, and squats, making that 12 total sets)
