I have what I guess I'd call palpitations almost every day. It feels like my heart beats an extra few times really fast and I sort of get dizzy afterwards. I'm 26 years old, in pretty decent shape. Is there something wrong with me?

Alright. I'm 19. My heart is not cool. I have a benign heart murmur and crazy palpitations but I went on metoprolol to help. It did, but it didn't help my other symptoms (dizziness, fatigue) which was discouraging.
