    how do i install my parkard bell wepcam?

    this is the model (alp-Ajax c2) of my laptop p/s help i hav trieing to install it by my self

    My Parkard Bell computer starts but woen't show the task bar. Windows loads etc HELP?

    Computer (laptop) starts as usual, asks for user to log on shows welcome screen then goes to Packard Bell walpaper. No task bar. If I go into task manager I can get Microsoft word etc but no task bar??
