    If ingredient X plus Y is patented for a Use, can you patent ingredent X

    plus Z for that use and some other s? the other uses were missed, the first set of uses were strictly cosmetic, not life-threatening disease, but the new combination would also work for cosmetic use. Is this patentable as an improvement
