I do all my working out at home, due to the fact that i live almost 30 miles from my 'local' gym. At Home i can do push ups and chin ups for arms, sit ups for abbs, but my pecks dont get any workout and it makes my upper body strength very out of proportion, any ideas how i can do a good peck...
well i develop good looking and big pecks by bench pressing 70kg and doing flys cheers
i am 16 and 5 ft 7 if that helps i weight 11 stone and i have been working out for about 6 months now and i can see changes but just want to know if i will develop
I've noticed Ryan Seacrest has some really bulging pecs but don't know if he'd be considered the biggest among mainstream Hollywood entertainers/hosts.
