I have 4 pegs. currently only 2 of them are on my bike (on the right side). If I only want 2 pegs on my bike, how do I know what side they should be on? (I am a beginner) Just a reminder, I DO NOT want to put on all 4 pegs. Thanks for any/all help
...back i got a problem tho....? my problem is i measured the front one and its 10mm and i measured my back one and they look big and i measurd it and it came out to 12mm and i see peg sizes 3/8 14 and 10 but no 12mm ones (and i got a bmx bike) so idk if im measuring it wrong sounds kinda dumb...
My friend told me bike pegs are used for transportation, which I think is wrong. I think it used for grinding? like going on a vert ramp and grinding on with pegs.

i ordered pegs and the back of my bike tires where i am supposed to put the pegs are rusty. Should i remove the rust first and then put the pegs on or does it not matter? I havent gotten my pegs yet so will they even be able to go on if there is rust?
