perfomance

I have recently downloaded blue-ray movies for the first time... I used BSPlayer or Windows Media Player to try to play the movie but the actual playing is slow...I mean that i see the movie in a kind of frames..it playes like a replay... What can I do to make blue-ray movies play normal???
