Okay so my doctor recently put me on phentermine/adipex diet pills. He also told me to eat alot of fruit veggies and nuts and drink a fiber shake for breakfast and lunch. Has anyone else been told to do this by there doctor? seems like i would loose to much weight to quick and just make myself...
