    Why does my DMA mode suddenly revert back to PIO on DVD drive IDE?

    Its happened about 3 times in the last month. Cant work out why it keeps happening The dvd drive i had on the secondary originally, but i moved it to a slave with the HDD and it worked well, but now a fornight later the PIO mode has returned grrrrr any ideas?

    what does the PIO stand for in Mazda options?

    Under options and packages, I see PIO a lot after some of these. What does the PIO stand for?
