    i am using bsnl broadband 750 + plan.speed is 512kbps.i want to do video

    chat with my relatives in U.S? will the video quality be good.which program would be better skype or gmail video chat or yahoo messenger.will bsnl charge anything extra for video chatting as i have an unlimited plan.thanks in advance.
