Aight, heres what I'ma try to do...
-Wake up
-Stretch
-Bench my high
-Then do 2 reps of 100 on 10-20lb dumbbells
-Throw in some crunches and pushups
-Run/Sprint up and down the stairs in my building, (( more focusing on climbing up rather then down)) for around an hour
-Shower
-Then eat some...
