i am not able to download anything from bittorrent & utorrent.Once i had tried to make bittorrent fast but a cant download anymore plzzzzz help me :(

I am in canada n i use bell i have a 25$ texting plan........ My friends like to send me pictures...... Im just wondering if anybody know the charges for downloading..... I do not have a smart phone of any kind i have a oldish lg slide phone..... Help plZzzzzzzzzzzz
