They are low in energy density. (Popsicles are VERY low, like 0.3 or something.) But juices and sodas are considered unhealthy, even though they have a low density, because Dr. Rolls says the body discounts liquids.
So what about popsicles?
i was at lunch with my friends and we were talking about popsicles, and i go "i want a cheese popsicle" and everyone died laughing. now im wondering if anyones ever had a cheese popsicle, or made one.
