I eat a lotta porridge oats lately...for breakfast mainly but last night i had them for dinner with some blueberries and they tasted nice! how do you eat them ? Also, I'm exercising so I need them to be high in protein so I can feed my muscles! for example how many calories is 1/2 cup uncooked...
