ok ive been working out for a while now and my abs are gettting pretty nice :) but theirs a little bit a fat on the skin infront of my abs XD like i kinda skinny and i dont have a muffin top or anything but how do i get rid of the "fat" of whatever you want to call it infront of my abs.
