    Computer not allowing progams that use the internet. What do I do?

    My internet is fine and theres no firewall that I know of. But for some reason my computer wont allow me to use progams that use the internet (ex. iTunes, World of Warcraft). I have no idea what to do. Please help!!

    if i reformat my pc, would all the original progams get back to the pc?
