I am new to using protein to help my bodybuilding experience. I don't know exactly know how or when to take it. I'll be leaving to join the Army soon. My Basic date is in 7 months. I believe that should give me time to get in shape. I'm 19 years of age about 5'9" and 145 pounds. Haha...

effects to your brain ? I heard that protien shakes, such as Muscle Milk, can damage your brain.
Is there any protien shake sold by GNC that does not harm your brain ?
