Well, I got my puffer, TeccaNinna, around 2 months ago and he's been doung great. I came in my room and he twitched around a bit and is now lying on the floor of his tank motionless. I've done a lot of research, this is my last resort. Please help. Don't be rude. Thank you (:
I need to feed my puffer fish some shellfish to trimdown their teeth, what kind of clams can i use (frozen or live)? where can i get them? and do i need to prepare the clams in anyway before feeding them to fish?

im trying not to use snails because i dont want to have to keep buying new ones
snails are just a lot easier to breed
and if i do feed it snails should i give it big meaty ones of small ones so it can eat the entire snail, shell and all
I saw a pure black puffer fish in a pet store. It looked like a dogface, but when I look it up online, I can only find the black spotted puffer. It was pure black with white on the edges of the fins and looked smooth like satin or velvet. I really want one, please help!
