because if i remember correctly ichigo needed a special object to fly. but the other soul reapers fly around like it is nothing

well you know when Rukia said tha shinigamís (or soul reapers) don't grow up once they are already dead. but I have seen Byakuya grow. oh and remember when Gin and Rangiku met when they were little, but they soon grow up like they are now. so I don't get if it's true what Rukia said. so...
