I have a dish netowrk Hd reciever. It is in Dual mode for 2 tvs and it is the VIP 222 version. On tv 2, i have a 19 inch HD DYNEX tv. My question is, how do i get it to HD mode, Like how you can change the HD views, how can i make it do that?
