rectify

When I control my DSL router with a password, Nokia E71 could not get connected Wireless LAN. If I remove password it connects without any problem. How could I rectify this ?

the knobs are on for cool air the buttons are on... i was thinking of just getting some freon and see if that works. how do i add the freon? is this the right way to deal with this issue? thanks for your help
