I have a pretty severe Acid Reflux. I get it everyday but with non-subscription medicine it has gone down a little. I've had this for about 4-6 years. So I am wondering can the damages from acid reflux affect my endurance while running?
I work out 4 days a week and drink a protein shake after I work out. I get a nasty case of acid reflux/heartburn after I consume the shake.
Does anyone know what causes this or anything to prevent it?
