I made sweet potatoes for work and had to move them to smaller baking pans because I can't reheat them in the small oven at work in the large baking dish. I originally cooked at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. At what temp do I reheat and how long? I also have to put the marshmallows on top. THANKS!
I'm making an Indian lamb shank dish tonight and want to reheat it tomorrow in a decorative copper serving dish and lid I have...and serve it direct from the oven in the pot. Is this oven safe or is it only for placing the food in afterwards? The handles look oven-friendly.
