This is not regarding wifi, internet, or connecting to the internet. I am just curious if there was a way via the tethering or other mean that I can watch youtube videos from my phone (with internet) to my laptop (no internet)??

I have a Samsung Replenish and I wan to use my own music as a ringtone, not just the one's they supply for you. So I created my own but everytime I download them, it goes to my music file and I can't use those as ringtones. And I tried plugging my phone into my computer with a USB cord, but...

i just need to know if i put ringtones on my samsung replenish can i use them?
