I have a cave which used to belong to a leopard gecko and I would now like to use it in my tiger barb/corydoras aquarium, (because I want somewhere to put food for the corydoras without the tiger barbs pinching it). If I were to boil it, would it be ok in the tank?

hes probably shedding and needs humidity, try raising humidity, or maybe your temps are 2 high and hes cooling down. i never let my ball python stay in his water bowl for too long because i read that they can get blisters, this may be true for argus monitors
