residue

I have a Samsung CLP-325 Laser Color printer. The problem I am having is that the printer keeps on printing some residue of the last page. I don't know how to fix it, however, I will consider all suggestions.

I think maybe when i over powered my amp i shorted the ground wire or something i spliced it to reground and it has this " white powder " inside... what is this ?

Does anyone else have this problem (or had) and know how to fix it, or where it's coming from, how to clean it, etc.? I usually find a bit of the sand like stuff in the cups or if a light bowl on the lower rack overturned and filled with water, it would also be in the water.

walls/windows/etc. in my home? House has been closed throughout Summer. Many cigarettes, cigars. Is there a homemade cleanser recipe to clean/remove that shall not damage my wall paint/ window tinting/ etc. ?
