respraying

I want to respray my bike frame, How can i do it at home and a really good job? or cant I?

Hi. Does anyone know the estimate cost of respraying the front Bumpers of Mercedes A class in silver? It was slightly scratched off by another vehicle pulling in the car park. What's the best solution? Your advice is must welcome. Thanks.
