I got a new DVD rewriter (Internal / GH24 Super Multi DVD Rewriter 24x), I followed the directions (Connected the SATA Data Cable and the SATA Power Cable), but whenever I start up my computer, the DVD drive won't open, nor does my computer find any new software? Help much appreciated. Thanks.
