    If i just download music from limewire and not share it will i be finned by the RIAA?

    I want to get music from Frostwire (i realize i said limewire in the top, they are the same basically) but i just want to download and listen to music for free, not share it. And i do NOT want to pay .99 cent for every song.

    Does the RIAA track torrent downloading if its a really obscure artist that

    no ones heard of? I mean, it would seem like they would only track torrents that everyone would be downloading, like U2 and Linkin Park.
