    Is there any human impact on mid-ocean ridges or vent communities?

    I have a project due and i was wondering if it's possible to have human impact on mid-ocean ridges or vent communities. I don't recall humans being able to push the earth's plates around... Is it possible to have human impact if a bomb was dropped? If there's any human impact at all, please let...
