rippers

So many of you may have seen me asking questions about finding a DVD ripper that is compatible with Mac OS X Lion, and I've found about 7 today. I've tried all of them but moments after opening each one they have all quit unexpectedly. Why would this be? I just want to rip my DVDs :(

What are the best dvd rippers of 2010.?? I like slysoft anydvd for my backing up my dvd's. But are there any other alternatives for backing up and converting my dvd's.? any suggestions?

I have Magic DVD Ripper, but i have exhausted the 5 use limited trial. I found the "Convert" feature very useful - it allows you to directly rip the movie from the DVD in desired file format;you can also select the specific title, convert selected portions of the movie.... I have not found this...

Where can i download a good free and fast dvd burner. I am currently using ConvertXtodvd but would like something with more choice of menu templates. I have used Nero but it takes longer to burn. Also a good dvd ripper. Or possibly something that has both of these included?
