The chicken drumsticks recipe calls for a roasting pan, but I don't have one. I do have a pyrex dish, would that work? I also heard of people lining their pans with rolled up aluminum strips in place of a rack. Any ideas?
This is for a after church get together. I want to prepare the corn prior to the church service and hold them to be served later. I'm thinking 18 qt roasters. What temperatures do I need for cooking and the length of time, and then what temp to hold them?
