Phone screen stays oriented up and down, when rotated 90 degrees it does not orient side to side. There is also a little symbol up top with a lock with a circular arrow around it. I think it is locked and I can't figure out how to unlock it. Can anyone help?
So basically I wanna know how fast are the wheels rotating when a car is travelling 60 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour).
Also mathematical explanation is better for me.

It works on every single app (downloaded and apps that came with it) except for photos. When I turn my iPhone to landscape mode the display doesn't turn, neither do the photos.
When I try to rotate images on my nokia e66, there is no option to save it. How do I save the rotated image?
