roundtrip

I wanted to book a ticket from NYC to DC and back. I went on a website called Hola Bus. The front page of the website claims $20 one way, $35 roundtrip. However, when I tried to book the tickets it cost $25 each direction, no discount for the ticket. How do I get the 30-dollar roundtrip?

i have an emergency that i have to go to Beijing on April 3rd/ 4th, and come back on April 12th! can you get cheaper tickets by booking it few days before departure? if no, when should you book it? i have been keeping tracking of price, it seems to me that this is not a very popular flight...
