    Help with car sanding?

    I began sanding my car yesterday i sanded the paint of then the white coast under the paint and there is now another coat that is black what is this part of the paint process? do i need to sand any further? thanks

    breathed in paint dust after sanding down a bike frame?

    i was sanding down my bike frame to get the paint off and forgot to wear a mask. i dont think i breathed in any of the paint/aluminium filings and dust but i just want to know if it can cause any problems like lung cance? and also symptoms if i did?
