the fridge for 3 days)? theyve been sitting in a bowl in the fridge for 3-4 days and the outside has started going pink and a bit hard. Only on the outide though. The sides facing the bowl are still soft and pale. I want to fry them. Shall I?
I've tried piercing them first, I've tried cooking them slowly, quickly - they always burst. I know it doesn't affect the taste, but it looks awful. Any ideas?
